Update From Jewel Windows 11th May 2020

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on 10th May 2020, that factories and construction are able to start operations again, we will be opening our doors for business as of 11th May 2020. However, we will be putting extra measures in place to enable strict social distancing and we are doing everything we can to protect the health and wellbeing of both our customers and staff.

 

For those who require quotations for new products: Please contact either of our showrooms by giving us a call on 01252 444 365 or by using our online contact form.

We can arrange for one of our reps to visit your property, adhering to social distancing measures at all times. We will then come away to arrange your quotation and email it back to you.

There is also the option to go on our website and use our online quoting engine and choose the products and sizes that you wish to have a quotation on. Along with all of our product info, as well as information on our new finance offer of spreading the cost over 5 years with nothing to pay now.

 

For those with current orders with us: We have restricted our Head office and Installation Centre to one member of staff per office, so whilst we will do everything we can to get in touch with you as soon as possible, please bear with us as we aim to get in contact with every customer by the end of the week to give them an update on their order.

The majority of our manufactures have confirmed that they are also opening back up again on 12th May 2020. They will be in the same situation so we will do our utmost to provide delivery dates and further information as soon as physically possible.

 

For installers visiting customers' houses: We have put a number of measures in place to keep both them and you as safe as possible. One of which is strict, no access of installers into our warehouse. The products they are installing that day will be brought to the front of the premises by the only member of staff we have in the warehouse whilst the installer waits outside, and left for the installer to collect from the front of the premises.

All of our installers will have full PPE kits and we will ask that you stay completely away from them during the installation.

 

Although we have had a number of calls and emails for us to come and install as soon as we are open, if you feel that you are not comfortable in any way with one of our installers at your property, please let us know when we call and we will simply move your installation back to a time when you are more comfortable with us there.

This, of course, is a testing time for all of us and the main priority is keeping us all safe and well, but please rest assured that if you have an order in place with us we will do our utmost to deliver and install as swiftly as physically possible.
