Office Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our rapidly growing sales team.

Job roles will include:

Speaking to customers daily

Confirming all information is correct

Liaising with accounts department confirming payments have been received

Working alongside sales reps ensuring all orders have gone through

Updating our database with customers details and where orders are

Answering telephones

General administration duties

Standard Requirements:

Extremely good phone manner

Administration experience

Good interpersonal skills

Good communication skills – verbal and written

The ability to work solely and part of a team

An organised individual with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Multi-task oriented

Have a can-do attitude, be adaptable to change and have the ability to work to specific targets and deadlines

Customer-focused, dealing with a large customer database and come from a retail sales background
